Refund & exchange policy
Because most items are custom-made just for your order, this section explains when Twisted Glitter can offer a replacement, exchange, or refund.
Custom orders are made just for you
Twisted Glitter creates custom apparel and personalized items, so refunds are not offered once production has started on a custom order. If there is a problem with the item you received, reach out as soon as possible so we can review it and make it right when appropriate.
Damaged or incorrect orders: Contact Twisted Glitter within 3 days of delivery if your order arrives damaged or if you received the wrong item.
Approved issues: If the mistake was on our side, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or another solution depending on the order.
Custom design deposits: Deposits and artwork setup payments are non-refundable once design work has started.
Not eligible for refund: Size choices, spelling submitted by the customer, or design approvals already accepted by the customer are not refundable.
